3、Entry to Venue

The holder of a CHTF badge with personal photo can quickly enter the venue through the facial recognition channel. 　

Domestic visitors who have passed the real-name verification and made an appointment to visit can enter by scanning their original ID card. If the card cannot be read normally, please go to the Visitor Service Center for help. The photos of ID card and its copies are invalid for entry.

Visitors from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan of China and international customers can consult the Visitor Service Center to enter the venue.

China Hi-Tech Fair is a professional exhibition which only accept visitors above the age of 16.

For health reasons, people over 70 years old must be accompanied by an adult and hold a valid ticket to enter.

Visitors over 70 years old must have one adult’s companion on the safe side in addition to valid visitor badge.

4、Visitor Rules

Ø To ensure the safety of all visitors, please undergo the security checks at the entrances.

Ø Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the venue.

Ø Please don’t damage the exhibits. Or you need to compensate the owner for the loss.

Ø It is strictly forbidden to sell or buy any goods including exhibits in the venue (except for food and beverages provided by the host of CHTF).

5、Parking

Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center provides access to 13,000 parking spaces. The underground parking lot has two floors, providing 9,045 parking spaces, of which 10% of the underground parking spaces are equipped with charging piles. There are 4,054 temporary parking spaces around the venue for temporary parking of trucks, buses and cars.

During the event, only vehicles with CHTF Pass can reach to the designated area following the route planed by the host.

6、Local Transportation

Public transportation is readily available and convenient when attending an event at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

Exits C1 and C2 of Shenzhen World Station on Metro Line 12 and Line 20 can directly reach the South Lobby of the venue;

Exits C1 and C2 of Shenzhen World North Station on Metro Line 12 and Line 20 can directly reach the North Lobby of the venue.

CHTF will provide all visitors with free bus and subway tickets. Please fill in your WeChat-bound mobile phone number during the ticket application process. The electronic ticket will be issued to the "Shenzhen Tong" APP or WeChat Mini Program "Shenzhen Tong+" on the visitor's mobile phone.
