COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd.), with the mission to deliver safer, cost-effective, comfortable and environment-friendly commercial aircraft, is set to attend CHTF 2024 (the 26th China Hi-Tech Fair) with its latest products.

Founded in 2008, COMAC is dedicated to ensuring safer air transport for the future through innovation and global partnerships. As an solid partner of the CHTF, COMAC introduced a 1:10 cross-section model of the C919 large passenger aircraft with an all-economy class layout and a 1:10 cross-section model of the ARJ21 new regional aircraft with an all-economy class layout at the 18th edition of CHTF. The C919 jet has received 1,400 orders so far, demonstrating its huge potential in the global aviation market. 
 

According to COMAC, the C919 is China's first jet mainline passenger aircraft independently developed in accordance with international airworthiness standards and with independent intellectual property rights. It has 158-192 seats and a range of 4075-5555 kilometers. The C919 is specially designed for medium and short-distance routes and can meet the operational needs of airlines for different routes.

The C919 rolled off the assembly line on November 2, 2015, successfully made its maiden flight on May 5, 2017, obtained the type certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China on September 29, 2022, and its first aircraft was delivered on December 9, 2022. On May 28, 2023, the China's homegrown large aircraft officially completed its first commercial passenger flight. China has mastered more than 6,000 civil aircraft technologies for the design and development of the C919.

So far, six C919 aircrafts have been delivered, operating round-trip flights between Shanghai and Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an, and Shanghai and Guangzhou, and have safely transported more than 350,000 passengers. The model's batch production and serial development are progressing steadily.

From November 14 to 16, 2024, COMAC will once again be in the spotlight at CHTF 2024 with its latest and most impressive achievements. It'll exhibit to the public the basic aircraft models of C919, ARJ21 and C929, as well as the models of ARJ21 business jets, medical aircraft, emergency rescue command aircraft, fire extinguishers, cargo aircraft, and the shortened/high-altitude and extended models of C919.
